Why am I not receiving the website inquiries?

However, thanks to the form’s potential for being abused by unscrupulous spammers, many email services often tend to mark legitimate inquires as junk. Unfortunately, this is an all-too-common occurrence nowadays, and whether an email from a new customer ends up in your junk folder or inbox is often anyone’s guess.
Thankfully, whitelisting email addresses from known senders is an easy solution that allows you to receive important emails while still blocking pesky junk emails. To help ensure you don’t miss another inquiry, we’ve put together a simple guide on whitelisting email addresses in some of the most popular email services.
Whitelist an email address in Apple Mail
On mobile with iOS 7 or later:
- Open the Mail app and navigate to the Junk folder.
- Find and open the email to be whitelisted.
- Tap the folder icon at the bottom.
- Tap “Inbox” to move the email to the Inbox and whitelist the sender.
On your Mac:
- Open the Mail app and navigate to the Junk folder.
- Find the email to be whitelisted.
- Click “Not Junk” on or drag the email to the Inbox to whitelist the sender.
Whitelist an email address in Gmail
- Open your Gmail Inbox and click Spam on the left toolbar.
- Open the email to be whitelisted and click “Not Spam.”
- The email will then be moved to your Inbox and the sender whitelisted.
Whitelist an email address in Microsoft Outlook
- Open your Outlook client and navigate to your Inbox.
- Click “Junk Email” and right-click the email to be whitelisted.
- Hover over the “Junk” option and click “Not Junk,” or “Never Block Sender” to whitelist the email address.
