ISL Online is a small program that once launched on your computer will allow B to take control of your PC or Mac or simply share the screen of your computer to help you out, troubleshoot your computer or give you a training in an extremely fast and efficient manner.

To use it - nothing more simple - just click on the ISL Online logo below and follow the instructions. In fact you will rarely be alone during this phase since B will contact you by phone when possible and will explain exactly what to do.

If you click on the logo above you will see also that you will need a session code to access B's services. B will email it to you or give it to you over the phone as soon as you accept the estimate that you will be prepared.

The use of ISL Online is completely secure. If you have any doubts about what B is doing on your computer you can terminate the communication between your terminal and B's one at any time.
